Bought this last week and I can't believe I can now sit on my porch and NOT be the buffet for the mosquitoes!! I LOVE this little machine. We've tried different things over the years but they only seemed to attract flies and moths. :/ I paid full price but it was well worth it.

I bought the thermacell without telling my husband because he wouldn’t believe it works. Sure enough, the moment the package arrived he started with his negative comments. As the sun began to set I turned it on and for the first time we stayed outside until almost midnight without turning on candles, a fire, or spraying ourselves. Not one mosquito bite. Now we take it with us whenever we’re invited to a cookout and people laugh at us until they start getting bitten and we’re sitting comfortably next to our thermacell. For that reason I’m buying another one and ditching the tiki torches and candles. It works. It works great. It allows us to use our back yard without smelling like a fire pit or bug spray.

I purchased this unit in the middle of last summer, and was so impressed! Unfortunately when I brought it out this year, the unit wouldn’t charge. I sent an email to customer service and received a prompt response. Sally was so helpful! As a new father of twins, I totally forgot to respond to and email. I received a reminder email to send in pictures and my address so they could send a replacement! Thank you Sally and team, it’s this kind of service that will have me continue to rave and recommend your product!

My family and I used it when we had a picnic in the backyard and I am very satisfied with this product. We sat at the table and the kids were in the yard running around and no one had any mosquito bites. I think it’s great for backyards or the poolside because if it dies, all I have to do is plug it up.

This product worked great, while pulling weeds in my garden and flowerbed. It’s been kinda cold, but with the first warm snap— the mosquitoes and small flying gnats were everywhere!!! This eliminated me having to use bug spray! I will keep them gem charged and ready to go!!! No more whelps for me.

Works well for the most part, perfect weather works very well with no problems, weather seems to affect the effectiveness of it, but that might be expected. Battery seems to last as long as I've needed it to.Refill doesn't seem to last as long as it claims unless you use it 12hr straight? Seems to take longer to recharge it.Overall it keeps the bugs away, no smell or spays

This little repellant worked like a charm. We ate outside up in the woods of Wisconsin. Not only did no one in our group get a bug bite, they didn't even know I was using the little repellant. Definately a must use for any outdoor activities where the bugs are wild!

I got this product in the mail to try when I go fishing. It heats up very fast and works great. I was outside with it for about 2 hours and never got bit by a mosquito. I live in a woodsy area so we have a lot of mosquitoes but with this product it was like there was no mosquitoes.

I received this last weekend and used it for a picnic that I was planning with my boyfriend and it was amazing. I don’t like to be outside during the spring or summer because of the mosquitoes. I’m usually the only one that gets ate up. I forgot I was even outside. I did not get bit at all and had a great time.
