This is a great tasting drink mix that will give you electrolytes, vitamins and a caffeine kick to start your day or improve your workout. Love this stuff! Limon, Pink Grapefruit, Peach Mango are my favorites. So much better than coffee. Morning, afternoon, anytime I need to be busy or mentally alert. I don't take it after 4pm so I can sleep at night. I even drink it warm on a cold morning. Watch out it fizzes more in hot water. Recently started adding Apple cider vinegar for all the health benefits that has. So much easier to get down in a Zipp Fizz. I've heard, it's great for hangovers too.
