Tire seems to ride well and is quiet. Tire dept. at Metairie,La. store sucked. They made a 1pm appt with me and did not take my car into tire bay until i got a manager involved at 3:30 pm and they finished the job at 5 pm. Had i'd known it was going be 4 hrs to have tires put on i would have dropped it off and returned. Why schedule a appt. time and not be able to do the job at the scheduled time?

I needed new tires for my Buick Encore. The tires came in 2 days after I ordered them (they don't deliver on Sundays) and were installed 3 days later. The tires are great and actually seem quieter than my old tires. Looking forward to the free tire rotations.

Tires seem great, but not sure about installation. My car started pulling pretty strongly to the left after front tires were replaced. Strongly enough that I made an appointment within days at a different shop and paid for an alignment. Not sure I'd risk another install at Sam's.

Staff was friendly and the price was good, but the installation was disappointing. The TPMS sensors/valves were not properly reset after the tire work. I had to reset them myself because I didn't have time to return to Sam's Club and schedule another appointment.

Tires were ordered on line and told it would be 2 - 9 days before delivery, 2 days later received call from Sam's club the tires were in! Was able to schedule for installation that very afternoon! What a wonderful experience since I had a road trip planned! Now I'm exited that the car will be in perfect condition with these 4 brand new tires! Thank you!

The tires are quiet, I thought my car was louder but the tires run so much quieter it just let me hear the engine.

Ordered tires, was told I would get a call when they came in ( 2 to 5 days) and then schedule installation. Day 8 I visited Sam's and was told the tires had arrived some days ago....no call. Apparently you have a hole in your procedure that needs plugging. Installation was 2 days later. Happily, the install crew was quick.

Haven't driven 100 miles yet so can't evaluate thoroughly. However, the car handles well, ride is smooth and no excessive road noise. Have not experienced wet conditions or emergency stops yet.

Disappointed that there was a problem so quickly in just 7 months time. It had to be a defective batch for all 4 tires to develop bubbles on them. The tires themselves had good reviews and the Sam's tire staff did their job and I trust their judgement.

So far NOT happy!!! Sam's Club installed a defective tire and tried to make me pay a pro-rated adjustment for it… it was 2 weeks old and a chunk of the tread came off. I Rescheduled to have a new tire installed
