They never leaked at all! They held up all night until morning without skin irritation, have refastestenable sides. Our 30 month old loves wearing them at night. We have been using this brand for the last 6 months, but had never tried the night time version. These are nice and leak-proof! They are clearly thicker, but not a major difference in feeling for my toddler.
