Hi, thanks for your question! Our Pull-Ups® training pants range in size from fitting children that weight 14-26lbs all the way up to children that weigh approximately 38+lbs. If larger sizes are needed, we recommend checking out our sister-company, Goodnites®. Similarly sized on the smaller end, these products actually top off for kids that weigh about 140+lbs. They're designed for children that are working through nighttime wetting and have increased absorbency for overnight use. They also have a discreet design for kids that need them while on-the-go with friends and family members. Hi ckellyann - Thanks for sharing your review with us. Currently, our Pull-Ups Night*Time training pants only come in the 2T-3T and 3T-4T size. Since you're 4 year old has outgrown the 3T-4T size, we would recommend our GoodNites Bedtime pants. The S/M size starts at 38 lbs. and may work great for your child.
