It arrived undamaged All plastic and very light. There is a screen over the inlet hole with a label indicating "hardware inside". I assumed it would be the spigots indicated in the picture. However after removing the four screws and screen there was "nothing inside". No paper, No spigots! Extra expense!

I bought several of these and they all had lead warnings on them (refer to picture). I’m really upset that the warning is nowhere in the discriptions or disclaimer on the website. I even went back and looked after I received them. The product itself looks very nice, aside from a few broken screens, but my concern for my family is why I gave it a low rating. Can anyone tell me how I can get in touch with the manufacturer?

Great product. 2 things however: the color on the site does not match the product. And the drain hole in the 'planter' section is not low enough within the well. Water does not completely drain out of this area, creating a potential breeding ground for mosquitoes

This is a wonderful unit. Recommended. Great set-up with 2 brass spigots, solid construction, 50 gallon capacity--exactly what I hoped for. And a good price when I bought vs the competitors. Can't beat it.

The water just trickles out, almost a drip! Doesn’t matter what level the water is at, above the faucet of course. Do I need the largest faucet? Feeling irritated and maybe ready to send back. My old trash can and bucket do a better job.

Did not have a lid. Only way to completely empty it was to turn it upside down. Didn't think it would handle a downpour. I like my old Great Amweican Rain barrell.

These were a waste of money. I purchased 4. I expected to get more than 3 winters out of them. They all split vertically

Top is fixed so cant open to clean it out. It's cute with the planter on top but not so utilitarian.

Love it and it’s so pretty! It was going to be expensive and hard work to dig a trench and use pipe to extend the gutters away from home.

Blends in with the outside of the house. Seems very durable and functional.
