This product works well especially when you are older and on a lot of medications for various aches and pains.

I've been using these for some time and truthfully it's hit and miss. The upside is unlike a laxative they aren't harmful if used for a long time.

Disappointed. Purchased these for my Mom. She struggles woth constipation. These took days to help and didnt soften her stool at all.
