I had these tires on new 2021 XT-5 Premium Luxury. With 33000 miles, I have - 9mm of brake disc on all 4 sides - No need for wheel alignment - no pulling on one side or uneven wear - Lifetime average of 23.7 miles / gallon on 2L Turbo engine - All four tires are left with 4/32 tread. This means all other parameters show an excellent driving record, still the tires are worn out much earlier than expected

Purchased a new 2021 Buick Encore GX. 4 weeks ago. This SUV came with Hankook Kinergy GT tires. Took them off after 200 miles! These tires should never have been used on a Buick GX or any car. The Primacy Tour A/S made this new SUV Ride much smoother, quieter and handle better. Very pleased with these tires. Spent a lot of time doing research on tires, and these Michelin tires had great reviews. Feel much safer driving now.

I got the primacy tour tires on my car with my lease, they wore out quickly at 26k miles, I called Michelin and was back and forth a few times because of the dealership and Michelin was so kind and responsive! Was upset with the tires but the customer service saved everything, helped resolve everything and has been such a pleasant experience!

Michelin has been my only tire choice for years. I currently have four vehicles, all with Michelin tires. I recently installed the Primacy Tour A/S and they are significantly noisier than any of the other Michelins (LT, Pilot 4s, Defender T) on my other cars. They handle well and are smooth, as I've come to expect from Michelin.

Bought these tires only 10 months ago, needing one replaced already. Hit a nail and am told it is slit and needs replaced. Problem is that we cannot find one in stock. It has been over a week and I need my car. Tires are not even a year old, why can’t we get replacement. These tires are loud and can be rough riding. At first rotation I was told they are wearing uneven. Took it to dealership and was told alignment is fine. I feel like these tires are lacking and have caused me to possibly reconsider buying Michelin in the future.

I recently bought the Primacy™ Tour A/S tires for my Tesla Model S, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! They came with the 2021 Ford Escape that I bought new in 2021. I check and inflate as needed every month as required and the outside edges of the tires are wearing through to the first set of plies. Very disappointed with only 45,000 miles. I've had original Michelins on previous cars that got me 70-80,000 miles.

I was told by the car dealership that all 4 tires needed replacement after just 15,500 miles. These are the original tires that car on my Ioniq5 when purchased new. The tires are H rated and carry a 50,000+ mile warranty so it is very concerning why they have worn so quickly. The tires appear to be aligned properly - there is no uneven treat wear. Being that these are on an EV, I do not drive aggressively as my interest is in range, not sharp turns or rapid acceleration. These tires are rather pricy so to get them replaced that often is just not cost effective. I will likely consider trying a different brand of tire that will, hopefully, last longer.

I just replaced these on my Toyota Camry. I love how they handle on dry & wet pavement. I have my tires rotated & balanced at the tire shop. They were great until they passed about 30K miles. The road noise was horrible. I couldn't hear on my bluetooth due to the road noise. I love Michelin Tires and swear by them to get me home! These were wonderful when newer, but the noise was bad when they started wearing. I didn't get 55K miles. I barely got 40K. 44,478 to be exact.

I just purchased these tires. I rated them "Good" only because I don't know yet how they will perform. However, I had an incident on the road which made me to feel a bit better. I hit a large stone on the 60 MPH. I thought that I would loose the tire but it withstand the impact and did not get damaged to my surprise.
