Texture is like a soft slim jim with chicken base in it, doesn’t really taste salty or sweet… good size as it’s a mini and more than enough for me full size version would be too big … overall good flavor and size ! Taste more like chicken than turkey in my opinion!

First of all I like beef sticks and turkey would be fine with me too, but the herbs that were added ruined these turkey sticks. The turkey flavor that I could taste was fine, but the herb taste was like tasting a pine tree. At least my dog enjoyed them.

This Turkey Mini Stick is not for anyone that is sensitive to seasoning. The meat to fat ratio is perfect, leading to a moist product. However, the seasoning is very overwhelming, taking over the taste of the meat. On the back end, it does finish ok, if you get past the beginning.

I was really looking forward to trying this jerky. I'm generally a big fan of Jack Link's, I tend to like the sticks of jerky like these, I enjoy turkey in general more than beef, and I'm a fan of herbs/aromatics in my food. These were a bit of a disappointment though. The casings were the tougher kind, which I don't like and frankly can have difficulty chewing. The jerky itself also seemed a bit more mealy than what I like in the texture and mouthfeel of jerky. The presence of the herbs was very distinct and impossible to miss - it kind of slaps you in the face to where you smell it the entire time and it dominates the taste, to a little bit of an off-putting level (for me, at least). I'm not even totally sure I'll get through eating the ones that I have. It's a little disappointing, again, because I tend to love Jack Link's products and wanted this to be a good one.

These mini jack links turkey sticks are a good healthy snack for on the go. The savory herb flavor is a nice salty meaty treat. The small size makes it easy to take with you in your purse or pocket. It’s always a great value to buy these at Sam’s club since you get a better price when you buy in the larger quantity

I passed these onto my son for mostly for his scouting camping adventures. Overall he stated , they were pretty good. Definitely serves the purpose, quick snack and packaged for on the go. I would recommend for that reason alone. It would not be his first go to for sticks though, that being said, we live in a rural area where fresh jerky sticks are in abundance from local butchers so I would say he is comparing oranges to apples.

This is a neat option to the heavy salt bomb beef sticks we normally enjoy for three bites then are ready to toss. These are smaller packages perhaps for just that reason but they are not overly salty and you do not lose that turkey flavor, which is a good thing. If you want the larger stick it’s basically 1/2 size so just grab another. It’s a good alternative for a jerky fix.

Good for a quick snack. They are mini about the length of my hand. The herbs are not over powering. The texture is good as well. I have learned I prefer an unflavored meat stick from these, but they are still a good option just not my personal favorite. Would be great for your purse or a lunch box.

Well, these taste great with the herb flavor in them. My husband was so excited to try them. As soon as we opened one up, the very first one from the pack, he was almost done with it and chomped down on a piece of bone in it! It was so shocking. Otherwise, they are the perfect on the go snack size, but highly disappointed that they are grinding up bone in the meat.

Jacks link turkey mini sticks are a fast and tasty. They are not a meaty as a beef stick, but do provide a delicious flavor. The herbs are somewhat powerful and robust in flavor, almost to make up for the lack of taste in the turkey. Overall they are decent.
