My gazebo is currently being built, but love how it looks so far!! I love the look and style of this gazebo and can’t wait for it to be completed so we can start enjoying it!!

I used Sam's Club installation company. Not impressed. They broke several pieces and I had to order new ones and wait another month until it was complete. The trim around the roof line doesn't make sense as rain water falls directly onto the support boards behind the trim?? Snow and ice get underneath causing the trim to buckle. I'll end up having to have a carpenter come out and fix it correctly in the Spring. Not happy!

Great product, wonderful directions. Not easy to assemble, but thats because its big and heavy. they give you all the measurements you need and the certainly were accurate. I did have to redadjust one of the predrilled holes bjt no biggie. I would have liked a portion on making footers for it, but thats not really part of the product. maybe a reminder that permits are required as well. would recpmmend

The Barrington 10 x 10 did not disappoint. It's every bit as described. Quality materials. Easy to follow instructions for building. I do wish there was an option to purchase pre-sealed...that extra step is important. But, overall really happy with the gazebo.

I do not recommend this pergola and this is why. The tin roof builds up condensation and will drip. What’s the point of a pergola when this happens. I have had previous pergolas from this company and loved them but this time I went with the tin roof and big mistake. Very disappointing and wish I never purchased this product.

Who is responsible for packaging, my gazebo was missing 170 pieces! When I called BD they were nice and shipped all but 1 piece out. The main piece, it was the 1st part I ordered and it is the most important part. The roof support was not included in 3 orders. I can't send it back because the frame is assembled, I still have to pay the contractor even though it's incomplete and once I receive the part sometime next week (it's Friday and BD shipping department is closed), I still have to get back on the contractor's schedule and pay them all over again!!! This has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! Be skeptical when ordering this horrible puzzle. Oh and so many pieces of the wood are bowed, if you can call it wood. I'M FURIOUS!!!!
