[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well built product and the directions are very detailed with all parts labeled. All of the metal roofing is protected by plastic film to reduce scratches during shipping. There are 5 boxes of parts which took me a weekend to assemble by myself with the exception of lifting the roof up. I used different anchors in my concrete to fasten instead of the screws that came with the kit. I also did not put the metal roof trim over the top of the roof panels like instructed, I put it under the roof panel which is more like a drip edge. The reason I did this was to avoid leaves, sticks, and acorns from getting stuck between the roof and the roof trim. The trim did not have to be cut to install this was, I will include a picture.

Each piece of the construction materials was clearly marked and easily identified. One small bent item was replaced by the manufacturer within two day. So no delay in construction. Can easily be constructed by the do it yourselfer.

And it is a wonderful outdoor Oasis basically extending my entertainment space. This will be the first winter where I do not have to move my deck furniture into storage since the gazebo is constructed so well with such great coverage. I highly recommend!

We bought our 16 x12 gazebo last spring. The installer showed up promptly and had the job done including clean up by 6pm the same day. We have had quite a few gatherings and everyone has been amazed with the look, quality and price of this product. And I love the fact that no Wisconsin weather can ever blow this to the ground like the last two home improvement store gazebos we purchased. This gazebo is built like a tank. Took about 12 hours to install, but definitely worth the effort. We now have a focal point in our backyard that everyone is asking about, and could not be more excited to use it all Summer! A bit bummed it is not pre-sealed but other than that no complaints.

I had been searching for a gazebo to fit out poured patio and this one fit the bill. It was installed in October and I had wondered how it would handle an Iowa winter. Heavy snow, winds, sleet and everything in-between this structure held up. The gazebo is very well constructed and looks great. This is a low-maintenance solution to providing shade and definitely improves the aesthetics of the back of our house.

We purchased in the fall and it has held up very well in the harsh winter months and withstood 60mph winds like a champ in strong storms this spring. We get a lot of wind where we live and I am very pleased in how well it has held up. It's ready for our fireplace install and new furniture this spring.

Our recent purchase of this gazebo has made the perfect addition to our patio. It has brought us from inside to the great outdoors more than before we had it. Our friends and neighbors comment on how great it looks. It’s the best addition to our home. We added lights for evenings and WOW it makes the perfect place to sit outside at night with friends. Covered power strip a plus. We’ve added patio lights , a bamboo shade, and hanging heaters m. We expect to add clear tarps to block the winter wind. We use our gazebo everyday.
