This is the best labeled well built product I’ve come across it took a little longer than instructions said but still not bad for someone with a little help pick a couple of good weather days lay it all out use the BILT app and you will have no problem. Don’t worry it will tighten up and go together in the end just pay attention you have all pieces turned the right way when constructing

We purchased our Cordova 14X10 Gazeebo in July and had it installed on our pool deck on four foot deep concrete footers. One of the main reasons we went with Backyard Discovery was the ability for the structure to withstand heavy winds. I live in the Tampa area and we just went through Hurricane Milton last night. I had major concerns about the metal roof and when I woke up this morning, the entire structure was completely intact. Apart from the being a beautiful structure, it’s amazing to see that it withstood 90 mph gusts and sustained winds of 75 mph for several hours. If you want a well built and beautiful pavilion, I’d highly recommend Backyard Discovery. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The structure seems very strong and was straight forward to assemble. The roof panels were the most challenging to lift into position. This required enough people and planning to do safely. One design change is needed. The metal band that goes around at the bottom of the roof should go UNDER the roof pieces instead of over them as instructed, because it catches leaves and debris. My leaves caused visible stains on the wood. After it was too late I saw blogs mention how the instructions should be revised.

The family certainly wants to spend time outside while dad grills and even on the cold West Virginia winters we are hanging outside. The gazebo was priced well and the wood smelled beautifully when we opened the boxes. It took my husband and neighbor 3 full days to put up but it was bonding bro-time, so they took it slow while sipping beers and eating pizza. The gazebo is really heavy which is great for the wind gusts of WV, and we have mounted a fan, and some sun curtains to enjoy the time outside all year round. I 100% recommend this brand. No pieces were missing or broken and the instructions were thorough. It was a cool experience for everyone, even the neighbors come hang out in our little concrete pad of heaven.

I assembled the gazebo my self in about four days. The only help I required was from a friend installing the roof panels. I laid all parts out before hand and took inventory. Discovered I was a rafter board short. Called customer service, and was pleasantly surprised how easily the matter was resolved. Within 48 hours the missing board was delivered to my house. I enjoyed putting the gazebo up. Follow the instructions, very user friendly, and don't skip ahead . And do lay everything out before hand, makes it so much easier. Everything is marked.

It is so well built, sturdy and it totally transformed the look of my deck and backyard. There is enough space for a table seating 8 underneath and still room to walk around. I chose it because compared to every other brand, the build quality and ratings for wind and snow were better. Plus it looks beautiful! You can't build one this good, this safe, and looks this nice on your own for the price. I added some fans with remotes up inside and some lights around the edge. I get nothing but compliments on it. So glad I chose Backyard Discovery brand. Highly recommend.

We built this gazebo for our backyard last summer and by my experience it is without a doubt the best in class for a self assembly product of this type. From the detailed assembly manual to the quality of the components it far exceeded our expectations. This gazebo is tough enough to withstand the elements and it is a real delight to have. We love it.

My partner and I built this gazebo and get many compliments on it! We love this gazebo! The first two days my partner sat under it for 15 hours. The instructions were pretty straight forward and the app helped a ton! I don’t know what we hesitated two years before making this purchase!

So we ended up getting my family together and we built it ourselves. I would definitely recommend the option to have it built when delivered. It took my family 2 days to complete the build. The instructions were great but it’s just hard to do if you have no experience. Luckily my Dad does so it made it much easier for us. I would buy again and recommend to friends.
