When I looked up the weight of both recliners, it was heavy and seems as though it would be lighter to be separated. They brought one box with both connected inside. They carried it and didn't use a two-wheeler. We happened to be home. It was within the normal days we were expecting it. But we didn't get any phonecalls to schedule delivery. They did send emails from the third-party shipping company I couldn't open the links to schedule.  I emailed them back, but within a day or two, before they had time to reply, we heard the doorbell ring! Wow! We were happy to be home and get it on the first day available. The recliners themselves are wonderful. They are soft to the touch and medium soft to sit on. I need squishy soft and use a memory foam pad on it and it is fine. The back is tall to lean your head on.  The head cushion is a squishy softness. I would prefer softer as the seat cushion, but I think Bryceton knows if the cushion is too soft to sit on, it will wear out faster. It's nice the material itself is soft to touch. It's not cold leather. My husband and I don't enjoy cold leather. It's good to be manual open and close because it is quick. We had electric for a while, but they are v-e-r-y- slow. If you leave one of the feet open all the time, you can slide out either side to stand up. I have leg problems and can easily close it.  The recliner I used before this was very strong and difficult to close. On this one, the final click to make the feet close isn't too heavy and closes fine. The arms are very wide. I like the width to set my book on. The two recliners rub at the top to open or to close, but it's fine. It doesn't affect the integrity of the recliners. There are two extra arms (smaller) if you want to use the recliners separately. We couldn't find directions, but it didn't seem that difficult. We haven't separated them and only store the arms under our couch.

Product is a home run. The delivery experience was horrible bordering on incompetent. Lack of communication and misstated delivery dates required me to track down the third party delivery service just to ensure we would receive the product when we could be home. I would never order a delivery product again from Sam’s Club. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years and my concerns and complaints were dismissed. I was offered a $5 gift card as reparation for my awful experience. So disappointed to be treated this way.

We have 2 lazy boy double recliners and this is just as good if not better than those. It was easy to assemble. It looks great and is super comfortable. I would definitely buy again.

It’s exactly what I wanted and the ad is spot on. Cushions are firm but soft enough to be comfortable. The armrest are flat, not the big pillow type. Seems to be well made & sturdy. I definitely would recommend.

This is the softest leather ever. The cushion at the top gives perfect support for your neck! This would be the perfect napping couch. I do wish it was a tad bigger, though!

I'm a huge fan of this reclining loveseat. It's the perfect size for two people and would fit in a lot of living spaces. It's SO comfortable to sit in and the fabric is SO soft. The dark brown color would be really versatile depending on your style.

I love the look this loveseat because it has a cool leather appearance but is still soft against your skin. I like the recline option because it is very comfortable. I also like the stitching details on the arms of the loveseat.

The loveseat is very comfortable and soft to the touch. It has nice stitching detail. The color is a nice deep, rich brown that would look good in most spaces!

This is a great product! It isn't too soft or too firm. It's very comfortable but still has good support. The only thing I'd change is the reclining position; I wish it could lock in place. If you try to turn to the side, it un-reclines a bit instead of leaving you laid back as far as you were before.

The material of this is extremely soft and comfortable. However it may be easily scratched by pets/kids etc. I don't love the style, it is not as modern as I would prefer. I absolutely love the reclining feature of this!
