Bought the first set of CC2s at about 6,000 miles after the OEM Kumho tires almost left me stranded on a snowy road. Just swapped those out at 64,000 miles and still with about 4/32 tread depth remaining at the center (but maybe 2.5/32 at the shoulder). I'd rather go through a so-far-very-snowy winter in the Northeast with fresh CC2s, otherwise would have gone another 6,000 miles on them.

Great tire, wet and dry handling and traction are the best I have ever had. Corners without any problems or noise. I was surprised that the noise level was very acceptable, they were quiter than my previous Bridgstones summer tires. Very comfortable ride. Too early to comment on durability.Have not tried them in snow but will this winter. Over all a great buy.I have highly recommended to my friends and family.

I bought these a year and a half ago. They were purchased prior to winter driving, with the idea of swapping them out for snow tires if needed. They have performed well in winter conditions for the last two years without changing them out. We also have issues with water pooling on the highway. These handle the situation well, without a hint of hydroplaning. They feel more secure than more expensive tires.

I was very, very happy to get my new tires. They are truly excellent. They were a bit noisy at first, but after about 1000 km they lost their road noise. The handling is wonderful, and I feel comforted that they will give me the traction I need especially during winter, when icy roads surprise us. I put them on my Dodge grand Caravan that has been converted to carry a heavy power chair. The tires have literal decimated the electric range of my Chrysler Pacifica PHEV. I wish that we, in North America, could buy the European Cross Climate 2 tire in the H speed rating. This tire has the best rating for rolling resistance in Europe. Sadly Michelin has decided for us that rolling resistance is not important and that we shouldn't be able to buy those tires here. I doesn't hurt that tire manufacturers are NOT required to divulge rolling resistance performance in the US, as they are in Europe.

Michelin has always been my go to tires, but I am getting a bit frustrated with its thread life. Put on Premier LTX before the Cross Climate 2. While the Premier LTX lasted only lasted 36,718 miles instead of the promised 60,000 miles in nearly three years of use, the Cross Climate 2 only saw 30,000 miles before the dealer refused to service them. After switching to the more expensive Cross Climate 2 with deeper threads, I thought I would get longer life but alas, here we are after only 30,000 miles of use and threads are already below 2/32" according to the dealer. While the tires are good otherwise, thread life of 30000 for tires with a promise of 60000 miles is simply not acceptable. Basically crapping out at half the warranty distance in less than 20 months (1 year - 8 months) of us. Micheline essentially replaced their discontinued Premier line with a less durable product and reduced the warranty distance so they do not have to cover warranty

I purchased these ties on reviews. Some reviews stated that their Auto lost gas mileage. We own a 2020 Cadillac XT-5, V-6 310 HP, AWD. Before on the original tires we where getting 19.7 to 20.3 MPH. Highway mileage was the most 24.5. With these new CrossClimate2, the gas mileage increased to almost 23 MPG in the city and not quite 27 Highway. Only 1 time we received 34 MPG when we used the cruse control. The tire are quite, smooth riding and you do not hear any noise and good stopping in rain. Yes, I would recommend to a friend.

Excellent traction and stopping power better than any others tires and I only buy Michelin tires. At first I wasn't happy with the design because they are directional tires which means they can only be rotated front to back and back to front. The original tires only lasted less than 32,000 miles. This is as good of winter performance as any tire but can last longer and run all year round. Most winter tires have a special compound that will wear out before the tire's life leaving a standard tread tire for most of the life of the tire. These maintain performance through the tread so well worth the money. I will probably stop swapping my winter treads into the highway summer tire every season thanks to the CrossClimate.
