I did research to find the best tire for our RAV4. This tire ticked all the boxes starting with wet braking and hydroplaning. Good noise level, comfort and bonus the are snowflake All Season rated if we happen to get caught off guard before we have our snow tires on. Very happy.

I purchased these tires about 3 months ago. Overall, the tires have performed well. The handling is great. The traction is very good, even in the snow. In addition they are very quiet. The only negative I have is the fuel efficiency. My MPG has dropped 15-20% with these new tires. With fuel prices the way they are, that adds up to a significant cost, over the life of the tires.

Had these installed on a 2015 Civic. They replaced Nokian WR G3s that wore out before 30,000 miles. Had the Cross Climate 2s on until it was time to trade in the car another 30,000 miles later. They still had more than half their tread left. They were also much better in the snow than the Nokians. I actually couldn't wait for snow just because it was so much fun to drive in it. Felt very solid and safe in all weather conditions. This fall I will be replacing the OEM tires with another set of Michelin CC 2s it will be money well spent.

Fitted these to an AWD hatchback, mostly driving in the Bay Area with frequent ski trips to Tahoe/mammoth during the winter. These tires exceeded all winter driving expectations, pushing through blizzards and snow covered roads as if a true winter tire, through record snowfall seasons. Matched with a basic awd system, these tires inspired snow driving confidence, never once having to chain up and driving through roads covered in multiple inches of snow. They also performed well during the summer and wet. If you're looking for a single tire solution for snow/summer and switching tires doesn't make sense for you, this is your tire.

I got a set last year. I had Bridgestone Mud&Snows on my Outback Touring. Absolute garbage in snow. An AWD that continuously got stuck. Terrible hydroplaning in heavy rain. I researched and found raves about the Cross Climate. Then I had to search like crazy. Everyone was "sold out." Finally found a set, had them delivered and a local shop installed them. The result? Amazingly good handling. No hydroplaning even going through standing water. As far as getting stuck in moderate snow? These tires turned my Subaru into a snowmobile! Bought the tires about 2 months ago. Hit all weather conditions since then. Tires are noisy... to the point I needed to regularly check my RPMs. Tires handle well on dry and very well on wet surfaces. They handle moderately well in snow. I found myself sliding a bit in slushy roads.

I've had these tires for a little over 2 years now only clocked 20k miles on them. They are so loud and the noise comes in to the cabin. I drive a Lexus which is very quiet, but the road noise is getting unbearable for me. As for as performance, I'll give it a solid 5 star because these tires perform well in wet conditions.

Got them put on yesterday and noticed a huge difference in the ride and handling of my Honda Pilot SE. I am looking forward to not changing tires in the winter as I live in Quebec and they are approved for use in the snow. I also spend 6 months in Florida and the tires can handle the heat as well. Well worth the price!

Bought a few weeks ago based on recommendations for winter weather handling. Last 4 inch snow, temperatures around 0F where roads tend to not be as slick - sliding on a low speed curve. Kicked sideways by 6-8 inch drifts elsewhere. I'd rate winter traction as poor.

I am disabled and have a wheelchair accessible vehicle. I bought a set of the CrossClimate 2 tires because of the reviews of their winter performance and to eliminate the need for seasonal tire changes. I read about the decreased gas mileage but that didn't seem unreasonable given the tire formulation has to be able to adapt to temperatures year round. The decreased gas mileage was much more extreme than I thought it would be. At this point, I wish I would have bought the Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail, which was my other option.
