I bought these tires five weeks ago. I asked my della person , I need tires for rain and snow.we have not had snow yet which is a big deal here in upstate Ny. No,not Albany but real upstate NY. We are 12 miles from the Canadian border. Both my husband and I can't believe how they hold the road.Every time we are in the car we comment on how much we appreciate our smart decision.

I bought these for my 2012 Suzuki SX4. After about 3 months later, I just slapped a pair on my 2011 Subaru Legacy. These tires a "meaty" and, while I have lost some MPGs, they are my favorite tire I've had on either car. I've put them to the test several days and nights driving in snow and ice and they haven't let me down yet. I'll be trekking around the mountains of Colorado this summer and see how they do in all the heat.

I live on Vancouver Island were we only saw about 4 dumps of wet snow this year but heavy rains monthly. I was very impressed with the handling in both. The car has never hydro planed and the traction is superb in the snow. One morning I drove down a very steep hill that had not been sanded and covered in ice and snow to a friends place on the ocean. I then had to return up his steep driveway covered in a foot of snow, stop and await his gate to open. I then was able to start up without the tires loosing traction. I then drove up this same icy snow covered hill with no slippage. The tires are very quite and the only negative I have found is that my fuel economy is down slightly from my previous tires, a small price to pay considering my peace of mind I get from this purchase. I strongly recommend these tires.

Just had these tires put on my 2022 Airstream Atlas as i was going do some driving in the snow. Just drove from South Carolina to Northern Michigan with the last 4 hours in a blizzard. Cant say enough about how the tires performed....Airstream should make them standard

Great tire at first, but as more miles are placed on them they get very noisy. I have them on 2 vehicles currently and each has about 20,000 miles on the tires. The tread is still in great shape. They have been rotated and balanced. The noise is to the point where I am thinking about replacing the tires with a lot of life left on them otherwise.

Have had these CrossClimate 2's on my wife's Subaru Impreza Limited for about a month. No chance to test them on snow or in heavy rain yet, but given her Subaru's great 4-wheel handling in snow, I have high expectations for how these tires will perform. Some reviewers have commented on road noise from these tires, but we've not experienced that at all. They're quiet and comfortable. A couple reviewers mentioned some wandering on grooved pavement, which I've also noticed, but not any worse than the previous Firestone's that came as original equipment. Not a problem in any way. So far, love 'em. I'll update after a snow experience.

If you are a smooth driver, not pushing your car hard and drive carefully in winter conditions this is the best tire for you. Great performance on wet, slushy, snowy roads. Great summer performance in Toronto weather. Very comfy with little road noise. Used on both of our cars Subaru Legacy and Chevrolet Trax without any issue.

Bought 3 months ago. Since then we have had snowfalls of up to 30 cm (12”) of snow and icy, compact snow roads as well as dry pavement. So fat these are about the best tires I have had on a regular vehicle. No spinning when starting out, quiet on dry pavement with good handling. One excellent thing I have noticed on ice and compact snow is little to no sideways sliding. Have not experienced heavy rainfall yet, but with traction in snow and on ice I do not expect any problems. These would be the perfect tire for the Lower Mainland of BC which gets heavy rain and occasional wet snow.

I purchased 4 Cross Climate 2 tires a month ago for my 21 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I could not be happier. The ride and handling in all conditions are far superior to the Goodyear Adventure with Kevlar they replaced. My wife has the Cross Climate 2's on her 16 Ford Escape and has had them in winter conditions , and feels safe and confident now. The tires are not cheap, but we feel they are well worth the money for the peace of mind they provide.

We purchased these tires for our Acura MDX while on a trip in Colorado. While they look nice with that tread, they are so loud driving that it would seem we were in an off-road truck with those big truck tires. We have had them for a bit, but we felt the need to say something. I wouldn't recommend these tires at all.
