They get soft quickly if you do not use them within a week. I try and get the harder not as ripe tomatoes and let thim rippen on my counter top.

For wintertime tomatoes, these can’t be beat. A little smaller than other hothouse grown tomatoes, the lower price and quality make up for the size.
