Usually 5 star but the last ones we purchased were a little soft upon opening. Inside the packaging, you can’t feel them in the store so you go by appearance through the plastic.

Fresh and delicious. I take one out of the fridge every day to allow it to ripen on the counter for the next day. Prefer room temperature and tomatoes are juicier.

These have been consistently “good enough.” They’re not homegrown good, but are often better than the hothouse ones available - good enough to use in salads, sandwiches or broiling.

Not all stores have substitute shoppers who pick good tomatoes when they're ordered. Sam's people have always provided tomatoes in excellent condition.

I have purchased these several times this summer. They tasted fresh and almost as good as farm stand tomatoes. A little watery and have a hard center but still very good...but i love tomatoes

These tomatoes were absolutely beautiful - not a bruise or soft spot in the whole package. Great in salads and make juicy great tasting 'mater sandwiches.

The vine ripened tomatoes are my go to from Sam’s! There is nothing worse than having a big, juicy hamburger with a tasteless tomato on it. With these tomatoes you never have to worry about that. They are absolutely delicious and highly recommend!

I like to purchase tomatoes on the vine so that they will hopefully last longer. These didn't last terribly long, but they were ok. They were a little more ripe than I like them when I purchased them.

A regular staple purchase. These are dependable and a great value. I prefer local grown, but these are perfect for when they're not in season locally.

The tomatoes were not ripe, usually they sit a few days and are fine. After a week they were still not ripened so we cut several open. The insides were full of green growth. Refunded without any problems.
