Because these tomatoes are still on the vine, the have a much longer shelf life. They are still fresh several weeks after purchase, standing ready for that BLT!

I would recommend planning out your meals for this large portion of tomatoes to ensure they don't go bad. They are very fresh off the vine and great in a number of dishes and meals.

A bit of a disappointment. Tomatoes on the vine were fresh, but not ripe. Very little flavor and not very juicy. Won’t buy them again even though they stayed fresh quite a while.

Not sure what the deal is, but Sam’s tomatoes taste like tomatoes used to taste when I was a kid (1960’s). I would not consider buying tomatoes any place else!

Good quantity for dollar amount, but that's where it stops. Not much flavor and in almost every case the tomatoes have a gritty feeling on the skin which I don't find at other retailers

These tomatoes are convenient and have a good taste. But be sure you will be able to use so many in a fairly short time. They fully ripen quickly, and then soften quite a bit within days.

Having purchased these on the vine tomatoes twice before.. I had been so satisfied with them. The last ones have not been good at all.. Every tomato has large black spots on them.. Have not been able to use them..☹

We have been buying these tomatoes for years. They are normally all wonderful, but every once in a while, there is a bad one or two. I try to make a point of looking in the container and not just grabbing one.

Three tomatoes had white "stuff" on them and just underneath the tomato was soft and spoiled. I would have never bought them if I had noticed the white stuff in the store.

These were beautiful from the start, and perhaps not totaly ripe. I put a few in the window and ripened them as I needed them. Was really nice to not have rotten tomatoes in a week. I still have some and they look and taste wonderful.
