It squirts out but has balls that help massage the area and disperse the cream. The scent is light and refreshing, it does not leave a strong odor like all the other creams I have used.

I slipped on some water in the kitchen and caught myself, however pulled my neck and shoulder area. It really works- applies fast &doesn’t have a heavy odor.(nothing at all like a bengay product ) It is very cold at first, but it could be due to the metal applicator. We will absolutely purchase this in the future, it works great!

It’s mess-free and has a menthol scent, which I don’t mind. However, it’s not suitable for chronic pain since it can only be applied 3 to 4 times a day. The price is reasonable if you want to give it a try.

He lifts heavily each day while I do a blend of cardio, strength training, and lengthening/stretching like pilates and yoga. These activities leave us both sore from time to time. My husband uses other topical balms but this is my first time using one. I like that it'd relatively mess-free because of the roll on applicator. It does take a little effort to roll in the muscles but it eventually smoothes on and absorbs. The product has a pleasant scent that isn't too overwhelming. The only cooling I feel is from the metal applicator so I wouldn't buy it just for that feeling but the tube is a good size and it should last a while.

It worked for back and shoulders, but not for my left elbow. It is good to have the rollerball, it is very comfortable for using the rollerball to get the cream. You will feel cool and no smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream is pretty good for helping relieve mild pain. With the active ingredients Lidocaine and Menthol you definitely can feel the cooling and numbing sensation. It absorbs quickly and does not leave a sticky residue either. Also it has a rollerball applicator which I particularly like because I don't have to get the cream on my hands. So if you have mild pain that regular creams that only contain menthol don't help then this is definitely the cream for you.

They massage the pain away as the cream is applied, therefore getting twice the pain relief at the same time. I love to multi-task! The cooling sensation is decent but it really isn't super noticeable. The pain relief part is good for minor aches and pains but probably would not do tons on a more painful muscle injury. Overall I recommend this as a great option for minor aches and pains and the rollerball is great and almost makes the product worth it just because of that feature alone.
