[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an okay product. It worked but not for long for me. The scent wasn’t too harsh, the texture is smooth and it’s easy to apply. The little metal roller balls help move the product around. It is cooling and it helped a little bit but nothing that blew me away.

Was pleasantly surprised by the smell as I expected it to smell like a medicine product but it was pleasant. Also like how it goes on with the roller balls doesn’t require you to use your hands and is clean and dries clear . It’s fast acting and. Works well really helped with lower back pain and will definitely use again.

Most brands would feel cold or hot, but not relieve the pain. This one actually works. It doesn't get too cold or hot, but it gets rid of the pain. I'm amazed.

I applied this cream to his back and it worked just as fast as an oral medication would. The medication is not to thick so it absorbed really well. And I love the roller ball application because it was mess free and it allowed me to give a back massage at the same time.

My favorite is a packaging with amazing aplicator, it is massaging skin with cold metal rollers making whole cream aplication a pleasant experience. I like texture and scent too. No complains here:)

There was no sensation whatsoever. Mild scent, not very menthol-y. I not only applied it to my back but to both legs, an arm, my stomach, and my partner's back. We both felt nothing. Isn't that the point of the rub on pain relief? The cooling or warming sensation? Sorry Tylenol, you missed the boat. I gave it 2 stars, because the scent was not overwhelming.

I like the roller ball application method, as it goes on smooth and the balls themselves are soothing, and it spreads the product well without needing to get it all over my hands. The fragrance is not too heavy and offers a cooling sensation. I really appreciate the child-resistant locking cap as well, since I have a curious toddler.
