It allowed for me to massage the ointment into the area I wanted and provided a cooling sensation that I felt helped. I am now making this a permanent part of my bathroom cabinet products

After weeks of trying multiple brands and nothing changed I figured this too wouldn't help but it did. Do not hesitate on buying this if you have sore muscles or deep pain because it will reach it and you will be amazed just like I am!!

And, the texture is just right… it’s not too thin or too thick. The tube is nice and the roller balls help a lot. Great value no matter the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combination of lidocaine and menthol makes this cream an excellent choice for mild to moderate pain relief. I'll even go as far as to say that it treats moderate to severe pain because it helped me get through the day when my knee wanted to keep me down for the count. It went from too painful to take a step to totally good to go within 5 to 10 minutes of putting this cream on it. It worked well for my husband's back pain as well. I've tried a lot of creams, but this is definitely worth replacing the rest with. The competitors just got real real. I don't necessarily recommend this to those who are sensitive to smells/scents. Although it's a light and pleasant scent in my opinion, I have family members who are sensitive to smells/scents and this bothered them when I ordered it for them to try also. With that being said, it absorbs well, isn't sticky, is easy to carry with me on the go and easy to open, which is a plus for those using this to relief arthritic hand and wrist pain.

I used on my shoulder that was injured and continues to be painful, after applying with the easy to apply tube, the pain was gone within a few minutes!!! It doesn't burn like other products and doesn't make you smell like you have on pain relief cream. I will be stocking up on this product.

This new Tylenol cooling pain relieving cream is so fast and extremely effective. It is very quickly absorbed by the skin and it does not leave your skin feeling sticky. The scent isn’t overwhelming at all. Most importantly, IT WORKs!

I used this product and was quite surprised it had the roller balls, at first- I just squeezed the product on my hand and rubbed the area where it was aching - yes it worked as advertised! I also had the opportunity to try it out on my stiff neck after I woke up.. this time I used the roller ball- it was phenomenal and my ache and tension was relieved within minutes. I'm very impressed with this product, no over bearing smell asks houses on effortlessly with no residue. I highly recommend.
