Greasy smelly hands for hours after washing. Tylenol Precise has rolling balls that distribute the product everywhere and gives a little massage at the same time. No more greasy hands. Smells pleasant. No overbearing menthol

I pulled a muscle in my lower back while working out, and I have been using it multiple times a day. The cream has both lidocaine for pain and numbing, as well as menthol that provides a strong cooling sensation. It does not have the overwhelming smell that other pain relief products have, and it does not have a greasy residue that stains clothes. The cream lasts a couple of hours, and it does not take much product to feel its effects. Lastly, it has the classic Tylenol look, and the roll-on feature makes applying it super easy. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others!

Recently, I kept waking up with my neck hurting, then I remembered that I had received this Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream. I love the rollerball application because it makes it super easy to apply. The cream is lightweight and absorbs in to my skin completely. It has a pleasant, light fragrance to it, instead of the in-your-face menthol smell that I was expecting. Within a few minutes of using it, I felt the cooling effect from it. I didn’t know what to expect at first, but slowly my neck muscles began to feel better. I didn’t find myself reapplying until about 5 hours later. I can’t wait to test this out on other future injuries!

There was no sensation whatsoever. Mild scent, not very menthol-y. I not only applied it to my back but to both legs, an arm, my stomach, and my partner's back. We both felt nothing. Isn't that the point of the rub on pain relief? The cooling or warming sensation? Sorry Tylenol, you missed the boat. I gave it 2 stars, because the scent was not overwhelming.

The menthol which allows for better pentatration of Lidocaine works great when dealing with my nagging pain especially after working out. The max power of Lidocaine really helps with nerve pain and the menthol with muscle discomfort which is a double team of relief. I love how the three roller ball applicator design works. The cream glides out with little to no effort and applies perfectly. No constant squeezing to get more cream out and everything was simple. The childproof turn cap design is also genius in keeping the kiddos out and using the product. Helping parents feel safer if accidently left out. Thumbs up from this middle age man trying to stay healthy.

No Tylenol (acetaminophen) in this product whatsoever. I saw the commercial and thought to myself immediately how dangerous this product would be due to toxicity to the liver. However, it is safe to use because it is not Tylenol at all. The makers of Tylenol are putting their product on the market to take the cash out of consumers pocket that still tell themself that Tylenol is not acetaminophen and continue to buy Tylenol brand name products. Big pharm does this as well with compounding generic prescription medicines and Re-Patent them as a new “miracle” combination drug, charging top dollar. Should be illegal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say, I am super impressed with Tylenol Presice Cooling Pain Relieving Cream. First thing I noticed was the super easy to open cap. My hands have arthritis and nice to find a product that opens as easily as this does. Designed with little roller balls on the applicator, I simply just squeeze the body and cream is dispensed thru the center of the rollarballs (which the balls are nice,like a mini massage every time I use this on my back). Lightly scented, it's not loud like other sport/pain relief creams ,but rather calm and pleasant. This cream works great on my lower back and keeps me from taking pills and that is the best feeling ever!

I actually had to use it myself because I pulled a muscle. I like that it’s easy to apply to a specific area. It’s not messy and it does have a cooling effect when applied. It eased my pulled muscle in a matter of minutes.

I don't know if I can fully recommend at the moment. Also I have to have someone else try it because I don't have pain relievers work that much on me.
