It has lidocaine and menthol in the topical cream. It's also quite nice to have the roller balls on the applicator, too! It's quite a nice addition!

It smells great and refreshing and not medicinal at all. The roller balls make it easy to apply and doesn’t leave a mess on my hands to wash off. The medicine takes a little while to start working and I think I need to apply a little more for maximum effort but overall it works great and lets me go about my day with minimal pain.

This falls short. We both had minimal pain relief, that didn’t last long. Neither one of us felt a cooling sensation. I do like the applicator. It makes it easy to apply without the mess or having it on your hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the cooling pain relieving cream on my ankles, two times, which were tight and painful when I walked, especially down the stairs. the "cooling" sensation wasn't very strong and the pain relief was minimal for me. I am not sure if it was an arm, leg, or back that I applied the cream to, the results would be different.

This cream comes in a tube with rollers for easy application and Inhave to say this is my favorite feature of this product. It's easy to apply and mess free. I just had to squeeze a little and roll it on your skin. I love the nice barely there scent on this cream unlike other brands that the hole room smell like mentol. After a minute of application I felt the burning sensation you feel with pain receiving creams but it wasn't uncomfortable. I use it on my knee and lower back after I a couple hours of putting together some furniture I bought for the living room. This cream works and I will buy it from now on.
