There are 3 silver roller balls which leave for smooth application. The product actually works SO well on sore muscles and aches it’s amazing!!!

The tube the cream is in is very easy to hold and the rolling balls on it help apply it evenly. You are also able to massage it in for extra relief. I would highly recommend this cream for its effectiveness and ability to apply exactly where needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live with Chronic pain as a disabled veteran fighting disease within my body. This product came in handy for the constant arthritis like pain I feel in my neck, arms and legs. The applicator has small beads to help spread the product evenly on areas that need it. It’s a thin cream, not too heavy. You barely feel it on your skin once it’s applied. There was no scent. I felt relief for a little while. It’s very hard for me to find permanent relief, but this was helpful granting temporary relief to painful inflamed areas.

I like the metal balls on the massaging device, which increases the coolness of the cream and allow for a hands-free application. The device and cream was very good for loosening muscles but I preferred using my hands over the device due to the dispensing issue. Plus I think the cream was more effective when massaged in by hand. I wish the tube had a twist mechanism to control the flow of the cream, as squeezing the tube while massaging causes more cream to come out. This would improve usability and really increase the effectiveness of both the cream and the device. I didn’t have significant muscle aches during testing, so I can’t fully assess the pain-numbing effect. The initial coolness from the metal massager was nice, but the menthol cooling effect was faint and uneven.

My wife is an even bigger skeptic and actually also really likes it. The metal roller balls give a nice massage and are always cool which provides additional relief. It also smells really good !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bestow 2.5 stars to Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Reliever Cream. The box boasts " fast acting targeted pain relief" with lidocaine. I used this on sore areas of my back and shoulders after a long day of yard work. I liked the roller ball applicator, the light scent, and that there was no sticky residue. The cooling effect was very subtle. It may have taken the edge off the soreness, but after a couple hours I ended up resorting to oral pain relievers for some relief. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend, nor buy it.
