But I hate the application. Greasy smelly hands for hours after washing. Tylenol Precise has rolling balls that distribute the product everywhere and gives a little massage at the same time

This maximum strength Tylenol Precise Cooling pain relief cream gives me enough relief to get to sleep most nights, but it gives some relief. It's ball bearing, lightly scented cream. Applying is easy. It's cool and comforting after applying, and it's packed with 1% Menthol, 4% Lidocaine, and other great, effective ingredients. Perfect for a stiff neck, lower back issues, creaky knees, throbbing hands, and more.

The roller balls feel really good as you roll the cream on, so that is another thing I really enjoyed. The cream feels really good and it does feel very cool and has a good cooling effect. As far as pain relief goes, it did help, just not as fast as I would have liked.

This product is clearly very confusing to consumers who are led to believe that it is somehow related to Acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol. As a result, people are misled by the reputation of Tylenol Acetaminophen to believe that this product will work better than other products with the same active ingredient. Worse, I have already seen questions and reviews from consumers confused about the appropriate dosage of Tylenol Acetaminophen when they are using this completely unrelated lidocaine product. The name Tylenol is established as the definitive brand name for acetaminophen, and by introducing something with the same name but different drug you are creating serious confusion. Nobody else is using the name of a drug for a second, different drug and you should not either as it sets a very bad precedent.

Absorbs quickly so clothes don’t get sticky or ruined. Cooling effect is nice to dull the pain while the acetaminophen does it work.

The rollers are really nice as it allows you to rub in product so you don't have to get your hands all messy from applying making this a great product to take while traveling, hiking, gym and more. I would recommend this product.
