I have had an ache in my shoulder for a couple days and tried it on there as soon as I received the product! I immediately felt the cooling sensation. The massage balls really help to distribute the product just don't squeeze the container too hard or you'll get more product than you may need. I felt the ache go away and didn't notice it at all after that! Also comes with a pleasant scent that's not strong!

It smells really pleasant. I also like the rolly massage balls on the applicator. I definitely think this is something I'll keep in my purse to have when I need it.
