[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a two week trial, I can say that this stuff worked as expected for the amount of lidocaine. The best feature I think is the smell. It doesn’t smell medicine like it absorbs really well. The roller balls are a nice touch. Haven’t quite decided if they’re more efficient than using my hands. Primarily used on occasional shoulder pain, but woke up one day with a stiff lower back and it worked great to relieve some of the ache and tightness. I would definitely purchase this product in the future.

I like the part that it has three little steel rolling dots I call them. They literally make you feel someone is massaging you. It really helps. The squeeze/roller ball makes it mess free so you don’t have to worry about getting it on your hand then accidentally touching your eye. The smell is good as well. My only complaint is I didn’t get that “icy hot” feeling where I felt the cooling relief but it still helped relieve pain some.

It's easy to apply and helps smooth it over with the attached roller balls. It for me works at relieving pain in the area you have pain in. I used Tylenol Precise cooling for my sore back. It has a massaging rollerball applicator that feels really good on sore muscles. The product has a cooling effect for a short period of time that desensitizes the skin to any pain. After two applications over a span of 2 days, I felt a lot better. Would recommend this

Tylenol did change up the packaging though. The circular metal rods at the tip add to the "cooling" effect. Overall a nice fancy anti-pain cream
