[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tylenol pain relieving cream works amazingly well. I'll admit I was very apprehensive about it working at first but upon receiving it it was quite a surprise. The tube itself is quite large and the cream has a very subtle smell not very strong at all. I applied the cream which went on with no sticky or greasy feeling and waited,within a few minutes it began to work it's magic the pain I had been feeling in my upper shoulder was now disappearing slowly. I'd say within 10-15 minutes of applying the cream the pain was no longer bothering me.

Takes very little time for the cream to work and has a fruity menthol smell that's not unpleasant. I didn't feel the cooling effects but it did dull the pain maybe I didn't put enough on. Cream soaked into the skin easily and left a nice smooth feeling to the touch. 8 out of 10.

The scent is extremely light menthol scent not like other pain creams that overwhelm you and everyone around you. Squeeze and rub into your area of pain with the mess free massaging rollerball applicator like your shoulders and back. Legs and your hips. And of course great for areas like knees and smaller joints. Penetrates fast with lidocaine 4% and Menthol 1%. Really gets in the nerves that cause aches and pains in my body and numbs the area in 15 minutes fast for relief. #Incentivisized

The applicator is great and the cooling effect of the cream really helps. The lidocaine does a great job of numbing the pain. The menthol is not too overpowering. This is great to have in your medicine cabinet.

I received The Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream. This topical analgesic is fast absorbing and not sticky. It worked really well on my son’s knee, relieving him of some pain. I like that it’s lightly scented. The applicator made it so easy to apply. I recommend this product :)

Normally I avoid pain relief creams because off there strong menthol scents but this doesn't even smell of menthol in my opinion and the scent is actually pleasant. I love the packaging as well it has a great rollerball applicator so you dont even have to get it on your hands. It dries fast and works fast targeting the pain. I would definitely recommend this product.

It was a good idea, but I feel like a single, larger ball would work better than the three, smaller ones. I like that the cream doesn't have a strong, potent smell. But it doesn't work as well as similar products. I probably wouldn't buy this product again.
