It works! This is reasonably effective on the pain in my wrists and hands!

After spraining my shoulder 6 months ago and discovering how effective lidocaine is this is my least favorite brand so far. Before I can even apply it I have to remove my shirt because the crimped tube design is too big and sharp to fit under clothing which isn't a problem with other brands. You then have to squeeze the tube to get the product to come out, often not squeezing out enough then too much. Then to top off the annoyance the 3 little balls are too small to fully rub the product in so you end up with white cream streaks on your skin and they feel too hard and rough while you're trying to do it. If you can get past all that it does work well, the lidocaine numbs as expected and the menthol is super cooling but I won't be buying again once these are gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked ok for chronic lower back pain. The applicator makes it easy to apply and you feel an immediate cooling sensation. Pain relief takes about 15 minutes. I look forward to using it for different aches and pains when needed.

I'm liking how you can just glide it on without having to touch the cream! It works well and the cooling sensation definitely helps in relieving my muscle aches. Definitely keeping this handy. My mom had an ankle pain and applied this and it really helped get rid of her pain for the day. The smell was very light and not overpowering. It absorbed easily and I loved the feeling of the metal rollers. Like a little massage.
