I'll admit I was very apprehensive about it working at first but upon receiving it it was quite a surprise. The tube itself is quite large and the cream has a very subtle smell not very strong at all. I applied the cream which went on with no sticky or greasy feeling and waited,within a few minutes it began to work it's magic the pain I had been feeling in my upper shoulder was now disappearing slowly. I'd say within 10-15 minutes of applying the cream the pain was no longer bothering me.

The cream had a very pleasant smell unlike others that have menthol in them. The toilet balls on the applicator help massage it into the skin in the area needing relief. The cream absorbed quickly, and was not greasy or sticky feeling.

I used the Tylenol Precise cooling pain relieving cream of a few areas of my back and on my hips, it didn't really help me much but I really liked the cooling sensation, applicator with rollerballs and scent. The applicator was easy to use and had a child proof locking which is great for parents. The scent is suttle too. I will keep using on other areas of my body and see if it makes a difference there.

I do get joint and muscle pain frequently, and sometimes I use topical treatments to aid in the pain relief. This was my first encounter with Tylenol Precise Cooling. The smell is completely unexpected given the ingredients that are typically part of these topical agents. It is not a menthol smell like you’re used to, but for me that smell is what tells my brain that it’s working. I do not feel the deep penetration into the muscles and joints that I want to feel. I received no pain relief from this topical agent. The other problem is the roller balls are very hard and don’t feel particularly nice around the bony parts of knees and elbows. The cream doesn’t not come out in a consistent manner leave my messes on different parts.

I purchased this product because it’s backed by the name Tylenol. Easy to open and the applicator is designed well. Rolls on precisely in the area needed. There is no mess and no waste of this product. Works exactly like it should and helps relieve pain in the area you’d easily roll it in. I am going to purchase a second tube of the Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Cream because you can’t borrow mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I didn't give this product a 6 star review is because of the color. The pain relief was great, the cooling effect wasn't overwhelming like other products. I just just didn't like that it rolls on white.
