[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream free for my honest review right before my period and it was heaven-sent! This thing is amazing! I use topical pain relief cream for muscle and joint pain on my knee and lower back; but this new precise cooling cream is by far the BEST thing I’ve used. This leaves NO mess! I love that I can squeeze the tube to get the exact amount I need, it has these metal cool roller balls to really get a good deep massage while applying the cream. It’s an instant cool sensation and the scent is so pleasant! It doesn’t have the menthol smell and the aroma that it does produce is gone in seconds. Overall this is going to my regular go to for pain relief! I can’t believe how much better this is than previous products! The design of the tube and effectiveness of the cream itself makes it the most superior product on the market! I definitely recommend!

While I didn’t think it was doing anything at first the days that I didn’t use it I could definitely tell it was working! The smell isn’t too strong and it actually smells great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get lower back pain and calf spasms. I tried the Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relieving Cream and it worked within about less then a minute. It took me a minute to see how to use the tube. Put once I squeezed the tube and rubbed the rotating balls just the right amount of product came out. After I stopped squeezing the tub I used the balls to really massage the cream into my skin. I like the the cream wasn't heavily scented to me and the scent went away after a few minutes. I didn't really get the cooling sensation in my muscles but it was cool to the touch while on my skin but it did work fast to ease the pain I was having at the time. The cream went on well and did not leave a greasy film on the skin which is good so it's not leaving a stain on my clothes.

I love the little rolling balls makes it easy to squeeze and apply the product now for effectiveness. My husband and I both felt that it did work great but I do feel that for him. It worked more than for my injuries. We do have different injuries and pains, of course, but I would say for the most part. It did get the job done.

I was so excited to try this product due to regular muscle soreness. However, I was quickly disappointed. There was no cooling sensation, nor did the product offer even the slightest relief from muscle soreness. The design of the applicator tube is outstanding. It has a rollerball applicator tip. The product is released from the tube, and the rollerball applicator massages the product into the skin. There is a very light scent, but it is not overpowering. The product is a thick creamy texture, is quickly absorbed, and easily applied. This is not a product a would recommend, and I would not purchase it again in the future.

Although I would like it better if it had more of the cooling effect like other brands it still went on nicely and didn't leave a sticky or thick residue feeling. The roller tip is a nice touch and helps with even application. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

You do not want to squeeze too hard or a bunch will come out. Just need to squeeze a little bit and rub it all over! Overall the smell is amazing and the texture is awesome.

It temporarily relieves pain, texture is lightweight and absorbs nicely with gentle massaging. I love metal rollars applicator it helps faster absorption and massage on the area. It has amazing ingredients like lidocaine and menthol that really works and smells good like menthol.
