[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unique feature of this product is the three ball roller and I believe it puts out more of the pain reliever than a single ball roller. Th pain relief ingredient is lidocaine, which is a common chemical currently being used as a roll on. It is effective for minor aches and pains. This ingredient coupled with the three ball roller results in an improved method of topical pain relief. Also, being in a flexible tube rather than a hard plastic tube, gives the user more control over the amount of product applied. I use many roll on pain relief products each year and it is my opinion that this is one of the best ones currently on the market. I recommend it.

It went on easily with the applicator which made it less messy than rubbing it on by hand. It had a pleasant smell (did not smell like "medicine"). I did not notice any cooling effect, but it did seem to take the pain away fairly quickly, so I didn't mind the lack of cooling. However, the price seems rather steep, though I'm not sure yet how long this tube will last.

It has a cooling sensation as you rub the cream on and absorbs into the skin without leaving a greasy mess! It has a light scent that is soothing. I love this cream!

The menthol which allows for better pentatration of Lidocaine works great when dealing with my nagging pain especially after working out. The max power of Lidocaine really helps with nerve pain and the menthol with muscle discomfort which is a double team of relief. I love how the three roller ball applicator design works. The cream glides out with little to no effort and applies perfectly. No constant squeezing to get more cream out and everything was simple. The childproof turn cap design is also genius in keeping the kiddos out and using the product. Helping parents feel safer if accidently left out. Thumbs up from this middle age man trying to stay healthy.

Every time I do something around the house and trigger my sciatica pain, I know that I can rely on Tylenol precise cooling gel. I like the part that it has three little steel rolling dots I call them. They literally make you feel someone is massaging you. It really helps. Also, I noticed that the nights I use it, I get the best sleep ever. I don’t wake up during the night at all. So, it’s a must have product in your medicine cabinet.
