I normally don't eat ham. However, this is the best ham that I have ever had. It is lean and has an incredible flavor. This is the only ham I will buy.

When package is opened, black juice runs out and it does have a BLACK coating all over. Needed to use a scrub brush to remove the black outer coating. The taste isn't all that great unless a sauce is made to put over ham. Won't purchase again.
