I placed a pick-up order only to drive 30 minutes to pick up and wait an hour to be informed that my item was already picked up. Then oh no, it was canceled because it's out of stock. I contacted customer service on my way home and was hung up twice. Such a horrible customer experience. So much for a plus membership 🙄.

AT FIRST I CONTEMPLATED MY DECISION WHEN I PURCHASED THESE CRAB LEGS BEFORE READING THE REVIEWS. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY THEM THAT THE CLAW IS IN THE BAG!... I DID HAVE A CLAW IN MINE. THE BUTTER IS OK IT HAS PARMESAN CHEESE & GARLIC IN IT SO IT HAS A BITTER ,SALTY TASTE. I STEAMED THEM & ADDED MY OWN BUTTER . THEY WERE FRESH,JUICY , SWEET, & DELICIOUS!!! I ENDED UP BUYING MORE. YOU CAN'T BEAT $30 OFF !!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. These crab legs are HUGE! The recommended method is to eat them cold, so after taking the meat out of the claw shell, we made a cold crab salad. We did not use the provided garlic butter and simply ate the crab meat. They come frozen, so after they thaw, there is a lot of residual water to drain. The crab meat was very soft and sweet!

These are pre-cooked and pre-cut, so if you're like me and hate cracking crab legs, these are for you. You still have to do some/cracking/peeling but not too much. These are so simple.....either just defrost and eat cold or steam them. Great product

I don't know who wrote the rest of these reviews, they are either managers with Sam's Club or have no idea how crab should taste. First of all,you don't boil them in salt water as these had been. The freshness quality was that of all you can est crab at a Chinese restaurant.

I love that they're precooked and pre-cracked ... it made it SUPER easy for us. The meat was easy to get out and both the crab & scampi butter were delicious! Definitely recommend!

Just bought 2 packages, one for New Years Eve and the other for our anniversary next month. Lightly steamed the crab last night for New Year's dinner and we were so disappointed in the extremely salty taste!! It was so bad we had to throw that expensive crab out and it ruined our dinner that we were so excited to it!! What a bummer, we're returning the 2nd package back to Sam's. Will never buy that brand again, Sam's should STOP buying this product!!!

First, I read every review on here. People actually post negative reviews about this crab based on the "included" butter. Or say it's overpriced butter, or overpriced crab. All, you are not paying for the butter. The cost of this crab is because it's "King Crab" and the going rate is higher than other crab, like snow crab (which Sam's Club sells as well). At the time of this post, King Crab is $50 per pound at a grocery store. This King Crab is half that price. We love this crab as it is thick buttery sweet with a hint of sea salt (because it comes out of the ocean). We will buy every year!

We bought these for New Years Eve and they were fantasti! Mine were NOT salty or stringy just great chunks of crab meat and with the included butter they were over the top! Having bought them in the past from Alaska fisheries I would compare them almost equal for less money. They were fished out of Russia but their waters are just as cold as Alaskan. Will be picking them up again!
