Rolls easily and easy to manage the squeeze functions for wringing out the mop. The only problem I encountered was the slight widening due to where the wheels sit caused it not to fit in my broom closet, I didn't pay attention to the dimensions before purchasing, but I think I would have still bought it. I also need to use a smaller bucket to fill it and empty it because I don't have the strength to lift and control it when it's full. That's a very minor issue when you have a big job to do.

There is a divider you can use to measure how much water you would like to use each time. And the casters roll very well. Very convenient to use! Even for non-commercial. Highly recommend!
