[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it. It's really hard to find a decent firm bed but I have hope with this one. I'm so happy with it.

We bought our mattress a month ago, the top portion has a 3-4 inch area that was left not sewn together. Customer service has given us the run around for one entire month with no resolution. This has been an unpleasant experience from the get go.

The mattress was just delivered yesterday so we have it for our first night and it has been awesome. This morning we did not want to get out of bed it was toooo comfy.

Mattress is very soft but I've always have had a king and it's never had had a humps in the middle and edges. The store wouldn't help me I've contacted sterns and foster and no answer. Do not buy this product
