I was afraid it would be too soft but the medium firm level provided just enough support. I’m not disturbed when my husband gets in and out of the bed as he’s so stable. This mattress is the new mattress that my mother wanted a long time ago her old Serta mattress was 25 years old. This one should last her at least another 20 years and that will make her 105 either way she loves at being firm and very comfortable to those who made the mattress. Thank you very much.
