purchased with hope it only worked for 6 months then would only work if it was plugged in I contacted monster and they were no help told me to reset it and sent me in my way contacted them again to let them know reset did not work and they told me it was 6 months old and they were not going to help me so I am stuck with a over $200 speaker

Poor quality handle and poor customer support.

Sound of product and features worked great but the quality of the product and warranty support is very bad. The first time I used the handle to pull the speakers on its wheels the handle broke. When I reach out to the company they just said it was physical damage and would not help me. I just lift the handle and the handle just split. I have sent them pictures and emailed them multiple times with the same response.
