Seems to do OK cleaning where it goes. Gets stuck repeatedly every time. Only seems to complete part of a room. Never cleans some rooms. Repeatedly runs into same pieces of furniture. Can't find dock unless you set it right in front of it. Have to vacuum again after frustration makes us shut it off. Not sure why so many people like Roomba??

I don't normally leave reviews but iRobot sent an email. I love my Roomba but it's a chore to keep up with it. It's constantly getting stuck somewhere and I have to go find it. Or it gets hung up on a sock or a cord that I've missed putting up. Or it find the smallest pull in my card and makes a long one out of it. But my floors have not been cleaner. We live near a beach and before our daughter gave me this last Christmas, I was constantly trying to wipe the grit and sand off of my feet. Not any more. The Roomba does a good job as long as it keeps a charge. I'm on my second battery already and it's not a year old yet. The customer service department is really great. I've had to call several times to get help keeping this going and they are very patient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this alot. It took alot of the time and hassle out of cleaning. It does get clogged alot but I have long shedding hair plus 2 pups so that's to be expected. Only problem I had was getting it to connect to my phone. It just wouldn't work!

Wish I had known does not work on area rug with black in pattern. Also, impossible to get help with this problem. Local repair shop advised Roomba Company had fix and to contact them. Called IRobot Roomba customer service. They were rude and informed me there is no fix. Only wanted to tell me what caused the problem, which I already knew. Definitely do not recommend.

First time using this robotic vacuum and I started off with this good established manufacturer product. It's amazing to see this little vacuum working around and have a great feeling that the carpeted room is being clean effectively. The only drawback is the living room rug which has some dark colors and the robotic vacuum would stop its function when detecting dark color by default. I would still recommend this to my relatives and friends as it's a wonderful product in keeping the carpeted room clean.

This is my second Roomba. The first one was a hand me down, so I figured it's quirks were because it was old. Finally splurged and got a new one, and it won't connect in the app, never returns to the dock so it just does somewhere and I have to find it, and it misses so many areas. I'm so bummed!!!

So simple and easy to use. Quick charge and Pumbaa was ready to go. I thought our floors were pretty clean, but the first time she ran she found 84 dirt spots! After less than a week of running every day she was down to 5. Requires no help. I tell the app to get it started and walk away. Does seem to have some trouble finding the base sometimes.

Received my Roomba 675 for Christmas 2020. I have wood floors and area rugs in all rooms. I have four dogs and the parakeets so my house is covered in dog fur, feathers and bird seed. I was vacuuming and dry mopping my floors up to three times a day. Betty cleans the house while I'm at work and I come home to clean floors. I wish I would have asked for her for Mother's Day. I will be purchasing one for my mothers house. I have recommended to my friends and family.

I put down that it was noisy and has a small debris bin, that being said, it's a very small complaint. Bob does more work in one day that any of my adult children living at home do in a week. The customer service is unmatched in anything I have ever experienced. That is not a joke, they are unbelievable. Bob broken down and I called CS. That send me a new battery (I got in 1 day). That was not the problem but I got involved in other projects and forgot about Bob. I got a call a week later by CS and was asked if everything went ok. I explained that Bob was still not working. They mailed me a box and I mailed Bob back (Pre paid) Unfortunately Bob was DOA. They sent me a new Bob (Bob Jr) and he is working fine. That was over a month ago. I am one very happy customer.

I use it everyday to help keep the dust and pet dander level down, and to help keep tidy! I work 7 days a week, so I need all the help I can get. The only thing is that it needs to be emptied after every use and because we are a hairy household, the brushes need to be cleaned out weekly. But I plan on buying another one for downstairs. I'm in love!
