Spends 15 minutes in a small bathroom,, 2 minutes in large rooms. I have two area rugs. The roomba discards a lot of the hair it picked up on the rug. Had to return one for repair because the side sweeper wouldn't work. Received a new one and not sure why, but this one works worse than the other one.

This machine is amazing. I was a skeptic of a small vacuum because we are a busy , male dominated household. We have 2 dogs and cats and I would vacuum everyday. My kids bought the iRobot for me at Christmas . Right out of the box it went to work. I love this thing and I use it everyday ! It makes my whole house look cleaner and does a great job with pet hair , especially on the hard wood where sweeping sometimes just scatters the hair, the iRobot get the hair ! I have had 3 spine surgeries and the iRobot is a life saver for my back. Everyone should have a iRobot in their home❣️

I like this vacuum so much, I can start by saying that I would buy this product again, and again. I am telling everyone I know that they should buy this product. I think I am pretty good at selling things I worked retail for years as management and I could sell this product to a Kirby or Dyson owner, i know because I have had both of those vacuums. Don't think about this any longer, put it in your cart and buy it today your floors and family will thank you. Even my dog like the iRobot 675, she goes over to the dock and starts it up. And she isn't afraid of it either, I think it's because it is quieter then our other vacuums.

I purchased the iRobot to help with the amount of dust my 700 sq ft apartment collects in a week. I tend to vacuum once on the weekend but always hate having dust on my feet during the week. The idea was to run this while I was at work maybe twice a week. However, this model seems to cause a lot of destruction in my apartment, such as knocking over plants, or hitting too hard into a table and knocking over what is on it. For this reasons I have only run the iRobot while I am home. Other then this it does a great job of getting almost all the dust collected in my apartment and I am amazed at how much there is in just a week.

I love this product. I was very skeptical in the beginning because I have 3 dogs with long hair (Shellie, Collie and Border Collie) and was afraid I'd be emptying the bin or brush every five minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised how well the Roomba cleaned and didn't need to be emptied. It takes about an hour to go through the cleaning cycle at my house and I don't need to empty it until the end! I'm very happy with how well it transitions from cleaning my wood floors in some rooms and carpets in others. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because occasionally it doesn't remember my house pattern and misses some spots but overall it does a great job. Highly recommend!

Very easy set up. Begins a clean cycle every day. It picks up a good amount of dust and hair all over, including under furniture and along baseboards. However, out of 10 cycles, it fails to return to dock 9 times. If you like treasure hunts, it is great! We have to go find it every day. I gave it a star because it does clean pretty well.

Really wish I would've bought another brand. Half the time this thing can't find its way back to charge, so we have to go find it, the other half it gets stuck on a rug thinking it's on a cliff and can't move... so irritated with this hunk of junk. Would not recommend.

I have now spent almost 7 months with this vacuum, and our relationship was not meant to be. All of these positive reviews must be from people who have spent no time in their homes when the Roomba is actually running. The Roomba gets stuck on EVERYTHING. It often runs for less than 3 minutes before getting caught on a wire, a shoelace, carpet fringe. We don't even have that much on the ground. The Roomba is also extremely inconsistent in its coverage - it will often spend the entire cycle 'cleaning' the same space over and over, skipping the rest of the house. Our house is < 1k sq ft, so it should not be that hard to get everywhere at least once, especially with so-called 'smart' navigation. It is extremely frustrating to watch this thing circle the same not-dirty spot over and over, especially when it is somehow skipping an actually dirty spot 2 feet away. Miraculously, the vacuum always picks up some debris, but it in no way allows me to skip out on regular vacuuming. It's also loud and annoying in our little house. It also pulled at the fibers of our new rugs, so they became ragged soon after purchase. It will take a lot for me to purchase another Roomba.

Love this little machine. I have yet for it to completely be successful during its nightly cleaning. It easily "falls off a cliff" or runs out of battery. So I watched to see for both ... concluded ... not edfientky using battery use wisely. It make one big swipe in one room, go to the next room and make a swipe through, then leave and go to the next room and make one big swipe then repeat.process. Would. E much more productive if it stayed in one room until job was finished.

I live in an apartment and I use it about once a week or a little more often. I have a cat. I just walk through my apartment and pick up small items such as cat toys, and move what I wish to move, and then I let my Roomba run. Once in a while I'll go move a piece of furniture so it can get behind it. It's a very gentle and doesn't knock over anything such as plant stands, and I can go do something else while it's running. It really picks up quite a bit of dirt and cat hair. I plan to go through the house with my regular vacuum cleaner once in a while to get deep corners and to also get overhead areas. But my Roomba Is really great and saves a lot of wear and tear on my arthritic back. I'm really glad I have it.
