Audio is very subpar

Audio is hot garbage. No matter how much I played with the settings, googled other peoples fixes. The audio levels were awful. Vocals are non existent unless it’s turned all the way up but then the bass is so loud it almost breaks the speakers. I’m returning it and going back to my 6 year old soundbar works way better.

No sound bar old tv don’t like each other

It’s a new sound bar with an old tv. When it works it improves the sound of the th since I put the tv on the wall, problem is it’s a old tv 6 years old and the sound bar doesn’t always come on or even adjust the volume with my tv but when it works sounds great

Vizio Support could not get it to work.

We tried to install the sound bar and could not get it to work. Called VIZIO SUPPORT I was on the phone with their support for over 2 hours following all their instructions. They could not get it to work either and told me to return it. Very disappointed they could not get it to work. There was also a comment by them the serial number was wrong I read it twice to the man he talked to a supervisor and then asked for the model %23 which was a good number they could use.

I have wasted the entire day trying to get this VISIO Sound Bar to connect to my LG TV. I have spoken with VISIO's award winning customer service to no avail. They told me to contact LG since it is an LG TV. LG said the problem is the soundbar. The first VISIO sound bar I purchased from Sam's Club would not display a blue light showing the power is on and would not connect to my TV. So, VISIO said they would send me a reconditioned replacement. I said that I have only had this sound bar for a few hours, I am not going to settle for a used, reconditioned replacement. I returned it to Sam's and purchased another one. The blue light worked on this one, however the soundbar still would not connect to my LG TV, nor will it connect to my iPhone. I again contacted VISIO's award winning customer service still to no avail. Very frustrated!!!!!! I am returning this to Sam's Club once again and probably will not purchase another one.
