I wasn't quite ready to buy a new laptop but I am glad I did. I wanted to get one before I was forced to buy one with Windows 11. This is a solid built laptop. The keyboard is comfortable and the back light keyboard is a must for me. I tend to use my laptop in low light conditions.. I would have liked more RAM but it seems to function very well. I love the webcam cover, I usually put a sticker over mine. Not a big fan of the speakers but I use a bluetooth speaker most of the time. Overall, I would recommend this model.

a great all-around type of platform. not sure how it holds up against gaming but seems to do fine under different types of other programs. fingerprint reader is spot on and the built in camera cover is a nice plus.

This computer does not have a back-lit keyboard I may return it as it was one of the features I was very interested in. From turning on the power button I already fill lied to.

2 year old laptop. Sold as new. I am thinking the laptop is okay, but the Warranty expired April of 2022. This is bad practice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this laptop to replace another Lenovo laptop I had for a couple years that started having issues with the screen blinking... this new one is not only blinking, but with a white steady screen and I have had it less than a month. This is unacceptable. Still trying to contact support!!

This computer came with Wi Fi hardware issues, screen flashing issues, finger print reader issues, and those are just what I know about so far. In addition, after only having it five days, I got an email that my 1 year warranty was going to expire in six more days - so an 11 day warranty!!! I called and Lenovo reassured me it would be covered and to take it in for the Wifi repair. I did, but they repaired literally nothing, so I am sending it off again. I had to buy a second laptop (NOT LENOVO) to use for working from home while this one was gone.
