The first one did not get cold. The second one was delivered damaged. No one seems to be able to do anything about it. Very disappointed in Sam's for not wanting to make this right and acting as if it is up to me to figure out a way to return this product for the SECOND time!!

Horrible experience

I like it a lot. I'm so happy I found a chest freezer! There limited in the US. Just plug it in & set the temp to 5, the recommend temp. Its not real heavy. Make sure you measure your space; where you want place the freezer. The measurements are in the description.
