It's a good freezer. The lid vaccum seals some sometimes is hard to open. And was damaged in 5 different spots from being shipped.

Nice size freezer for a garage or a basement. Perfect for 2- 4 people. Holds a substantial amount of food.

Other than the product coming with a dent in it. Then don't have a way to contact someone about the product.
