I read reviews before purchasing and decided to make the purchase. It is not that heavy in regard to moving it and I've had it for about a month and I'm very pleased with it. It didn't freeze right away but I allowed a little time and then out a bottle of water in alone and waited to see if it froze before I put food in. It is working great now. Good price and the perfect size for me. I have it in my garage and haven't had any issues .

My freezer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I live in an apartment and it fit in the space I had chosen and is just the right size for my needs. I highly recommend this little freezer and am very happy with the transaction and Sam's quick response. 5 Stars!

I am a little concerned with the fact that the refrigerant is very flammable. I am not familiar with C5-H10 refrigerant, and have found little information as to it's dangers. I realize that as long as the purity and lack of oxygen in the system it remains safe, but since there are several places in a typical system that have been soldered, are extra precautions taken to guarantee the integrity of those connections?

We got the freezer on time it was due , look it over there a dent in the lid of it , which kinda us both upset ,we will deal with it, because we it will take for ever to replace and this freezer is full of food now ,but they need to look over the product better before they let it leave the warehouse .

Took longer to arrive than expected (about a week to leave the SamsClub warehouse). Easy to unpack and install. Works well so far (2 weeks). Basket and shelf make it easy to get to a few things quickly, and rest of storage is for less frequently needed items.

After purchasing this product and reading the reviews of others, I was concerned of damages when it arrived. However it only had a small dent at the side vent area and didn't affect how it worked. It runs great and really freezes on the medium setting and is very quiet.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago on sale. When the freezer arrived and we got it unpacked, we found the the front right corner was completely caved in. The freezer made a rattling sound and was missing the plug for the bottom. Very disappointed and now I have to find a way to return it to a club which is almost 2 hours away.

We had ordered 2 Igloo Chest Freezer about 1 month ago. Our delivery came within the week and we were up and running within a few days. The 2nd freezer wasordered for a friend and they are just as pleased as we are. Plenty of room for everything and it opened up room in our 1st floor freezer for the everyday items. VERY PLEASED

I needed a small freezer just for our annual harvest of berries. This has a tight suction seal and freezes fast and well. Power cord is standard and about 8 feet...so place it near a dedicated outlet. If I get another one, I will buy this one again. Recommended.

The packaging for the freezer needs improving. Corners of the box were torn and the machine was exposed. Upon opening, the front of the machine had a dent. Upon further inspection, the ground prong on the plug was broken off. That must have happened during shipping. It operates as it should nevertheless. I will most likely make the plug repairs myself in lieu of sending it back. On a positive note, it does hold about 175 lbs of food and it takes up little space. Very quiet as well.
