Perfect size freezer for a typical household

Bought this freezer to store and free up space in the kitchen freezer. Easy to install, perfect size for a basement or garage, and very quite. I would suggest this to anyone needing extra freezer space.

Gets hot

Freezer is freezing but the sides get so hot you can't touch it. Is this normal, have to find out before 30 days are up. I mean HOT.
