Sealy Butterfly Breathable Knit Crib and Toddler Bed Mattress

I received this crib mattress as a courtesy in exchange for testing purposes. This review is my own honest opinion. 
The mattress came rolled up. It unrolled easily and took a normal crib mattress form. It is a firm mattress. There weren’t any weird chemical smells that sometimes happens when you get a new mattress. The waterproof cover is easy to take on and off. It is nice to be able to wash the cover. It protects the mattress well. The cover isn’t plasticky so it doesn’t make noise when baby rolls around. The mattress has a good fit in a standard crib. There wasn’t any rounding at the corners of the mattress. The mattress is level throughout. When baby is in the crib, the mattress holds its shape meaning it is quite firm and safe for the baby. Overall my baby really enjoys the mattress. He sleeps well and it seems to be comfortable for him. Although I didn’t buy the product myself, it is a reasonable price for the quality. My older crib mattress didn’t work as well as this one and it was only about $10 or so cheaper.

I love how comfortable it is. My kids never liked the old crib mattress we had but they fell asleep and stayed asleep on this one. Very affordable I highly recommend

amazing mattress

So, I will be using this as a mini bed that fits into my SUV for sleeping while traveling.  It seems a bit firm but a small topper will give it just enough softness for my back.

We love the baby it is super soft and the baby loves it at first we wasnt to sure about it but once we got it and tried it out. It was the best thing the baby falls asleep fast and its safe i recommed this crib mattress 100%

I received the Sealy Butterfly Breathable Knit Crib Mattress to test in exchange for my honest review. The mattress arrived packaged in a surprising small box. The enclosed instructions on how to open and set up the mattress were easy to follow and included illustrations. The mattress did not emit any sort of chemical smell upon set up. It fits well in our standard size crib and there are no major gaps between the mattress and crib sides. The mattress is quite firm and I feel confident that it provides my infant son a safe sleep space. It is made of foam and is relatively lightweight. This makes it easier to maneuver to change the sheets. Another nice feature is the included removable, waterproof cover, which has a zipper and fully encases the mattress. It can be easily taken off to wash, which allows for less worry about leaky diapers, spit-up, spilled bottles, or other liquids ruining the actual mattress. I will say that I have not had the opportunity to test the effectiveness of the waterproof cover and I chose to put a separate waterproof cover on for additional protection. Neither the cover nor the mattress itself has a plastic feel or crunchy sound when the child moves around. My 6-month-old son seems to find the mattress comfortable. The only potential con I can think of with this mattress is that it is quite firm on both sides instead of having a softer “toddler” side, which some other crib mattresses offer. All in all though, I am pleased with the quality of this mattress and would likely recommend it to others.
