I love my new bed! I had been waking up every morning with a back ache and after a hip replacement was having trouble getting comfortable! I sleep better than I have for years. It feels soft to the touch but is still firm. It's not hot and I love that my feet can be elevated. I give myself a massage before going to sleep and after waking up and can usually get out of bed with no aches and pains! I can now sit up and read in bed! Love it!!

Our split king ProAdapt was our Christmas gift to ourselves in 2019. I was completely satisfied when it first arrived and I'm still sleeping soundly a year later. Also, I'm 300lbs and there hasn't been any change in the shape of the mattress at all. That's a first for me and makes the investment that much better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, at week two I was ready to leverage my free 90 day trial and return this mattress because it was not that comfortable and I was still waking up with sore joints. However, Tempurpedic customer service urged me to keep it because they said it takes at least 30 days to mold to your body and then you will feel the full benefits of the mattress. Well, they were correct because after 30 days, it felt so amazing I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning and the aches and pains of my joints certainly went away. Thanks Tempurpedic for making an incredible mattress that's helping me sleep better!

Two stars because I've only had it for a week, but so far I'm not impressed. I bought a firm Adapt but I feel like I'm sinking in. I have to constantly move from one side to the other at night because I feel like I'm falling into a hole. When I sit on the side of the mattress to get up to the bathroom at night, I have to switch sides or I'll roll out from the depression I created sitting on the side.

Soft yet supportive. The ProAdapt Hybrid Medium mattress molds to your form and somehow still provides perfect lower back and hip support. It's the perfect density and layering of memory foam for my size (150-160 pounds). This past year I've dealt with back pain after an injury and this mattress has drastically improved my sleep quality. I'm completely satisfied with the purchase.

I had a Tempurpedic for about ten years, then when I moved got to thinking any old mattress would do. Big Mistake. 4 months later, my cheap "memory foam" mattress was folding in the middle and killing me. I went back to Tempurpedic and, no joke, within one night, I got some real sleep and woke up with no pain, feeling refreshed. Lesson learned. I will never stray again.

My new Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid is a dream to sleep on. I don't think I have ever slept better. I could not have made a better selection. Buying directly from Tempur-Pedic included white gloves deliver service at no additional cost, something the mattress stores don't give you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title described, I broke my back in my youth (twice / 3 vertebrae total) along with ribs and other bones. To say that it is hard to find comfort on a bed is an understatement, and my husband similarly. At first I thought it was a little too stiff but just give it 15 minutes and the places that are putting pressure on the bed will really sink in. I ordered direct from the website. The mattress was scheduled to be delivered about a week later. The drivers were top notch and quite courteous, took all the trash with them and did all the lifting. Great follow through as well from the web order staff afterwards to make sure everything was okay. The first night your body is getting used to it, the second night you sleep quite soundly, the third night you start to realize your husband isn't snoring anymore. Worth it's weight in gold! ~M

I had my old temperpedic for a long time 20 years. When I first felt my new mattress I thought, I might have made a mistake getting firm when I sat on it, it felt like a board. But when I laid down, it was wonderful! You sort of just mold into the mattress. I love it! I also got the adjustable frame so I can raise my head and feet. Love that too!
