We have a firm and it is great! My husband's back no longer hurts. We highly recommend a Tempurpedic.

I watch TV in bed and while I watch I lift the head and the feet a little, but when I want to go to sleep I flatten it down. Great comfort

Mattress had to be exchanged (3) times, from initial purchase. Hoping this 3rd exchange will not sink and will work. Nice, and Cool to the body.
